Rental Policy

• Delivery is free in Mallorca.
• You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment from us..
• To create the invoice, we require your name, address, and passport number.
• The rental duration is one day, if you'd like to extend the rental, please let me know..
• The lessee bears the responsibility for covering the expenses related to repairing and/or rectifying any damage incurred. IBPromotions shall not be held liable for penalties, inconveniences, or complaints arising from an unsuitable location.
• IBPromotions is not responsible for penalties, inconveniences, or complaints of an inappropriate location.
• The equipment is easy to install, move, and the operation is very intuitive. Even so, we will explain it to you in detail after installing it (extra cost). If you have any doubts, you can always contact us at any time.

Installation and safety instructions

• The installation will be carried out in an appropriate place that does not generate any risk for both the equipment and the people who handle it. The equipment will not be installed in harmful places or that commit a risk such as sandy, humid areas, with direct exposure to the sun in the summer months, etc.
