Rental Policy

• Delivery free in Mallorca.
• You must have a minimum of 18 years old to rent equipment from us.
• To create the invoice, we need your name, address and passport number.
• The rental duration is one day, if you'd like to extend the rental please let me know.
• In case of breakage or damage of any of the equipment components due to misuse, the lessee is responsible for the cost of repair and/or correction of the damage caused.
• IBPromotions is not responsible for penalties, inconveniences or complaints due to an inappropriate location.
• The equipment is easy to install, move, and the operation is very intuitive. Even so, we will explain it to you in detail after installing it (extra cost 30€) and, if you have any doubt, you can always contact us at any time.
• If you have any technical issue, please call us.

Installation and safety instructions

• The installation will be carried out in an appropriate place that does not generate any risk for both the equipment and the people who handle it. The equipment will not be installed in harmful places or that commit a risk such as sandy, humid areas, with direct exposure to the sun in the summer months, etc.
• After usage, the equipment must be unplugged from the electrical system and be safe inside a room.
• Risk of injury from non-observance of these instructions!

Special cancelation conditions COVID 19 / 2021 Free cancellation:

If you are not allowed to travel from your country to Mallorca due to Government travel restrictions. I will refund 100% of the transferred amount received (bank charges to be deducted).

Or, if you want to cancel the rental / DJ Service you can do it for for free until 48h before the event date. The amount that has been transferred (deposit) will be refunded (bank charges may be deducted).
