Rental Policy

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery anywhere in Mallorca.
  • Taxes: VAT (IVA) is not included in the listed prices.
  • Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old.
  • Invoice Details: To issue an invoice, we require your full name, address, and either your passport number or business VAT number.
  • Rental Duration: The standard rental period is one day. We deliver the equipment at your requested time during the day and collect it the following day at approximately 11:00 AM. If you would like to extend the rental period, please let us know in advance.
  • Responsibility for Damages: The renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment or repair costs. IBPromotions is not liable for penalties, complaints, or issues resulting from installation in unsuitable locations.
  • Equipment Setup: Our equipment is easy to install, move, and operate. If needed, we can also provide installation and a short explanation of how the equipment works for an additional fee.
  • Support: If you have any questions or technical issues, feel free to contact us anytime. We are happy to help.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Cash – payable upon delivery.
    • PayPal – accepted with a 5% surcharge, payable upon delivery.
    • Bank Transfer – payment must be received before the event date.

  • The equipment must be installed in a safe and suitable location that does not pose any risk to the equipment or to those operating it.
  • Installation in unsuitable environments — such as sandy areas, humid environments, or locations with direct sun exposure during summer — is strictly prohibited.
  • After use, please unplug the equipment from the power supply and store it safely indoors.
  • Warning: Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage.
  • Please read these instructions carefully before installing or operating the equipment. If you have any questions, contact us at +34 687 036 219.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

  • What is required to rent equipment? You must be at least 18 years old.
  • What information is required for an invoice? We require your name, address, passport number or VAT number, and your contact information (email and telephone).
  • Is delivery included in the price? Yes, delivery anywhere in Mallorca is free.
  • Are taxes included in the price? Taxes are only included in DJ services.
  • Is assembly and setup included in the price? Our equipment is very easy to install. However, if you prefer us to install it for you, we offer this service for an additional €30.
  • What if we need help during the event? If you choose the technician service (€30), the technician will install the equipment, verify that it works correctly, and explain how to operate it to at least two people. If you need help later, you can call us at +34 687 036 219.
  • How long is the rental period? The standard rental period is one day. If you need the equipment for several days, please contact us for a custom quote.
